No. Our goal is to offer watches at the best possible price. As an authorized dealer one is, for most of the brands we carry, required to conform to a strict retail price list set up by the manufacturer. We choose instead to give you the best price possible - which translates into up to 40% discount compared to the retail price, and always with warranty.
Yes, always. We have two different kinds of warranty: a) TheWatchAgency™'s own 12-24 month retail warranty, or b) the manufacturer's own world-wide warranty. The type of warranty coverage for each single model is noted in the description of each product. All high-end watches are sold with valid official world-wide warranty signed by an authorized dealer in our network. Read more about warranties here.
Yes, of course.
Yes, all documentation, packaging and any accessories such as tools or extra straps are always included as they would be if watch was purchased from an authorized dealer.
A number of international dealers choose to remove serial numbers from their watches for various reasons. We consider this to be a criminal practice and would never do so, all our watches are delivered with serial numbers intact and matching documentation to proove this.
That depends on what type of warranty your watch came with. For watches with manufacturer's official world-wide warranty, simply bring the watch to your nearest authorized dealer or service center. For watches with our own retailer's warranty, contact us and we will help you out.
Warranty covers manufacturing- and material errors.
- damage caused by faulty use, negligence, failure to perfom proper maintenance or other damages not directly related to manufacturing- or material error.
- damage caused by unauthorized repair centers.
- damage to crown and/or glass.
- damage to bracelet or watch case.
- water damage on non-waterproof watches (waterproof = 10 ATM).
- removed or distorted serial number.
- Please note that proof of purchase/warranty must be included when returning a watch to us for repair, and that you must contact is before sending anything in.

Explanation
Delivered within 1-3 working days
Orders approved before noon on working days are sent out the same day, delivery is then usually made within 1-3 working days. Orders approved after noon are sent our the coming working day.
Delivered within 4-12 working days
Watch is on outside stock or with a supplier, normally it will be delivered within twelve (12) working days from processed date.
Models to order
On the product information page for each watch you will find an estimated time of delivery. This is an estimate based on previous delivery times for this model and usually is a good indicator on how long it will take for us to deliver.
Please note however that many high-end watches are made more or less by hand, and in limited quantities, and that an exact delivery date is very hard to guarantee. We always aim to deliver as soon as possible.
If you reside in the EU/EES, prices on website are shown including your local VAT based on your country of residence. If you reside outside the EU, you are eligible for purchase without VAT, although local tax/toll charges may be added upon import into destination country, this is beyond our control and we acceppt no responsibility for any such charges.Contact us if you have any questions about VAT.

A reservation of the order amount is made on your card when you check out your order. Normally, the actual debit is made when the watch is sent from our warehouse but for certain card types (AmEx, Diners) the debit must be made after 30 days regardless of weather delivery has been made or not.
Until the watch has been sent to you, you can simply contact us to cancel your order. If you wish to return a watch an already received watch it is no problem but you must let us know that you wish to do so within 14 days. Please note the watch must be returned in the same condition it was received.
