    Legal basis
    We store this information as we consider it to be in our common interest to solve problems that may arise in a way that satisfies both parties. This also includes any legal obligations arising from the abuse of our services.

    Storage Period
    We store this information for up to one month in order to continuously improve our application and to ensure that your purchase is managed correctly.

    From which sources do we collect your data?
    In addition to the information you supply us with, in some cases we also collect:
    1. Data regarding your creditworthiness from credit evaluation companies, banks or credit reference agencies.
    2. Data regarding your address to ensure we have your current address.

    - The right to access
    Once a year you may make a clear demand of exactly what information you would like to access. You can do this by contacting us through the contact details specified.

    - The right to rectification, restriction and removal
    You have the right to demand that inaccurate data be corrected. You also have the right to demand that the use of your data be limited or that it be removed entirely.

    - The right to move data

    We use your personal identity number in those cases it is needed, whether it be to simplify the customer experience or to enable controls that require personal identity numbers. We erase personal identity numbers from our system as soon as they are no longer needed.

    The Swedish Data Protection Authority ensures that we comply with existing legislation regarding personal data. If you believe we are processing personal data in an improper way you may file a complaint with them.
