Is TheWatchAgency.com an authorized retailer? No. Our goal is to offer the same high level of service at a competitive price. Authorized dealers are generally required to follow the manufacturer's recommended retail prices. As an independent retailer, we are able to offer selected models at prices up to 40% below recommended retail prices, always with a guarantee.
Who are we? TheWatchAgency.com was founded in 2006 by Pontus and Joel, who combined their background in software development and e-commerce with a strong interest in watches. That same year, we launched Uret.se, becoming one of the first online retailers to challenge traditional watch distribution in Scandinavia. Today, we are one of the largest online watch retailers in Sweden, offering thousands of models in stock. We operate online stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Poland and Finland. We also run a dedicated vintage watch platform where customers can buy, sell or exchange watches. Through our established network of authorized partners, we are able to source both standard and rare models at competitive prices.
Is there a warranty? Yes. We offer two types of warranty: TheWatchAgency™ 24-month manufacturing and material warranty, or the manufacturer's official worldwide warranty. The applicable warranty is clearly stated for each product. All exclusive watches are sold with a valid official worldwide warranty issued by an authorized dealer within our network. Are all watches genuine? Yes. All watches we sell are 100% authentic and sourced from established and trusted partners.
Does the watch include original box and documentation? Yes. All watches are delivered with the original box, warranty certificate, manual and any accessories supplied by the manufacturer, equivalent to a purchase from an authorized dealer.
What happens if the watch requires service or repair? The process depends on the warranty applicable to your watch. If the watch is covered by the manufacturer's official worldwide warranty, it can be returned to any authorized service center worldwide. If the watch is covered by TheWatchAgency™ 24-month warranty, it should be returned directly to us for service. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects.
The warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by improper handling, negligence or misuse
  • Damage resulting from service performed by unauthorized parties
  • Damage to the crown or crystal
  • Wear and tear on straps, bracelets or surface coatings
  • Moisture damage to watches that are not water-resistant (minimum 10 ATM required for water exposure)
  • Watches with altered or removed serial numbers
The original warranty certificate must always be included when submitting a warranty claim.
How long is the delivery time? Delivery time depends on stock availability.

In-stock items (48 hours): Orders approved before 12:00 (Mon–Thu) are normally shipped the same day and delivered the next business day. Orders approved after 12:00 are shipped the next business day.

Delivered within 4 business days: The watch is in transit to our warehouse or located in a nearby warehouse.

Delivered within 4–12 business days: The watch is available in another country and transferred between warehouses on a weekly basis.

For watches not currently in stock, an estimated delivery time is shown on the product page. Most watches are delivered within the stated timeframe. As watches are precision-made products, delays may occasionally occur.

We always dispatch orders as soon as possible.
Can I deduct VAT? VAT is automatically deducted for orders shipped to addresses outside the EEA (EU, Norway and Iceland). If you are purchasing through a company that is entitled to deduct VAT, this should be handled in accordance with your local tax regulations and in consultation with your accountant.
How is the watch delivered? We ship via insured courier services or registered parcel. Available delivery options are displayed at checkout. Please refer to our delivery terms for full details.
What payment options do you offer? We offer the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
Available options may vary depending on country.
What if I change my mind? You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If you wish to return a watch after receiving it, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. The watch must be returned in the same condition as received, including all packaging and documentation.
