For a favorable cost, we offer you the option to extend the warranty protection on your watch. The regular manufacturer/retailer warranty that comes with a watch covers material and manufacturing defects and is valid in most cases for 2 years. covers, in addition to the regular manufacturer’s warranty, among other things, the following:

What should you do if damage occurs?
Contact us and describe the damage, and we will send you a shipping label. The shipment is free and fully insured. We will repair or replace your watch depending on the type of damage at no cost. Service is performed by qualified watchmakers with many years of experience.
What is not covered by our extended warranty ?
The extended warranty covers most things with a few reservations: the extended warranty only covers the parts of the watch that are sent to us for repair; we therefore do not replace, for example, diamonds or gold clasps if the defective parts are not included with the watch during repair. Applies to one incident of damage. Does not apply to gross negligence or intentional damage. The extended warranty does not cover normal wear/scratches on materials such as leather, textile, glass, steel, rubber, etc. Battery replacement only within 2 years. The warranty does not cover water damage to watches with a water resistance below 5 ATM as these watches are unfortunately not built to withstand water at all.
